Exchanges

Exchanging an item couldn’t be easier, we at L’Dezen want you to love the collectable pieces you bought, in case you would like to exchange them, we are happy to oblige. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can log into your account and place a request or you can send us an email at info@ldezen.com, we will send a mail confirming the exchange. Please keep in mind that you can place an exchange request within 7 days of delivery date. Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

P.S. We do not offer exchanges on final sale items, customized/ engraved pieces unless they were received faulty, as we've customized these pieces especially for you. 

Cancellations

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if, we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 10 working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
