  • What is L’Dezen jewellery made of?

L’Dezen Jewellery is produced in 18k gold with high-quality diamonds (SI quality) and predominately rough diamond slices that are ethically sourced from our suppliers who follow conflict-free and socially responsible practices.

 

  • What type of gold is used in L’Dezen jewellery?

 L’Dezen Jewellery is made in18 karat gold. Our designs are made of solid gold with no plating or vermeil to ensure hypoallergenic jewellery. Using 18K gold allows us to create timeless jewellery that not only holds its’ intrinsic value but can be endlessly reinvented and recycled. 

  • Where can I buy L’Dezen jewellery?

You can shop our jewellery via our website and Instagram (@ldezen). We also do various pop ups across, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to keep up to date.  

Order & Payments

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex. We also offer Paypal and Apple Pay.

  • Is it safe to pay via L’Dezen website?

We take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. L’Dezen has trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant. 

  • What should I do if I have problems placing an order?

  • What if I want to cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it.

  • What happens if the order is cancelled by L’Dezen?

 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if; we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Shippings & Returns

  • Do you ship internationally?

 We deliver to most countries and territories worldwide. Our international orders are all shipped with our affiliated courier company, FedEx, however, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Due to certain economic sanctions out of our control, we may not be able to deliver our products to some countries.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

 It depends on the destination country. Orders processed locally will take 1 week to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Expedited shipping option which take with 3-5 working days. International shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our customer care (info@ldezen.com) can work with you to estimate your order timing and delivery.

  • Can I track my order? 

Yes, you can. We will send you an email with shipping details and tracking information once your order has been completed. For any questions about the status of your order, email us on info@ldezen.com.

  • Will I be charged duties and taxes on my order?

Yes, duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. 

  • Can I return my product?

 We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return a product, we’re happy to help. You are entitled to return items bought on Ldezen.com, within 7 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excludes any postage / shipping charges).Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

  • What can I return?

Decisions take time- and we're happy to accept returns if you've changed your mind. However, we are only able to accept returns on items, if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Why haven't I received my refund yet?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ldezen.com.

  • What happens if I refuse my order?

 If you decide to refuse the order after its been shipped to you, any shipping cost incurred at the time of check out, will be non-refundable. Customer will also not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that the international shipment is refused by the customer. 

  • When will I receive my refund?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ldezen.com and wait for your confirmation mail.
