Shipping policy for JEWELRY

L’Dezen provides worldwide shipping, however, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We also provide two types of delivery, Standard shipping option which takes up to 1-2 weeks depending on your geographical location and Expedited shipping option (Jewellery only) which take with 3-5 working days. Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail specifying the details about your order, processing time and an estimated transit delivery time, please keep in mind all countries have different custom procedures, which sometimes we cannot estimate in our transit time. Due to certain economic sanctions out of our control, we may not be able to deliver our products to some countries.

Yes, you can. We will send you an email with shipping details and tracking information once your order has been completed. For any questions about the status of your order, email us on info@ldezen.com.

We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

To save on import duties and taxes, we have an option for local pickup. We have two pick up locations, Hong Kong and Mumbai, India. Please select the option of local pick up during checkout. We will send a confirmation email notifying the date and process for the pick up. For security purposes, kindly email us the details (photo ID, phone number, email id)  of the person picking up the items.

 If you decide to refuse the order after its been shipped to you, any shipping cost incurred at the time of check out, will be non-refundable. Customer will also not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that the international shipment is refused by the customer. 

We are not responsible for any incorrect or missing shipping address details provided by the customer. Please ensure that the correct address information is entered at checkout.  

Please note that once the package is dispatched from our facility, arrives and is confirmed by our shipping carrier that it has been delivered, we are not responsible for your package's loss or theft. We do not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the courier. Unfortunately, we are unable to file claims on behalf of customers for lost/missing packages.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex. We also offer Paypal and Apple Pay. We take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. L'Dezen has trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.
