RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR JEWELRY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the delivery date. We have made the process very easy for you, can email us on info@ldezen.com and we will get in touch with you with the return procedure, please do not ship back without contacting us. We can only accept items that are sent back to us in unused, original condition and packing with the tags, along with the receipt. Once we have received the items in the acceptable condition, we will then process your refund/exchange. The shipping and any international duties charges are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ldezen.com, once you have received an approval mail, we will offer you the option to exchange it for another product.
In case you receive damaged items due to shipping, please send an email on sales@ldezen along with your order details and an image of the damaged items, we will send you a return shipping mail.

If you decide to return your order you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is approved and receive your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We also do not accept items that are damaged while return shipping, customised/ engraved Items, worn items, items that are without proper tags/packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not accept exchanges for items purchased during sale, discounted items or purchased using a promo code.

In some cases, it may take upto 2-3 weeks for the order to be completed. We will keep you updated about the progress of your order via email.
Cancellations for Jewelry
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if, we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 10 working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
