Shipping & Returns



L’Dezen provides free worldwide shipping, our international orders are all shipped with our affiliated courier company, FedEX, however, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We also provide two types of delivery, Standard shipping option which takes upto 1-2 weeks depending on your geographical location and Expedited shipping option which take with 3-5 working days. While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail specifying the details about your order, processing time and an estimated transit delivery time, please keep in mind all countries have different custom procedures, which sometimes we cannot estimate in our transit time. Rest easy – all orders are insured during transit.  In case you receive damaged items due to shipping, please send an email on info@ldezen along with your order details and an image of the damaged items, we will send you a return shipping mail. Due to certain economic sanctions out of our control, we may not be able to deliver our products to some countries.
Local Pick up
To save on import duties and taxes, we have an option for local pickup. We have two pick up locations, Hong Kong and Mumbai, India. Please select the option of local pick up during checkout. We will send a confirmation email notifying the date and process for the pick up. For security purposes, kindly email us the details (photo ID, phone number, email id)  of the person picking up the items.
Payment Options
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex. We also offer Paypal and Apple Pay. We take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. L'Dezen has trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the delivery date. We have made the process very easy for you, you can login to your account and place the return request or you can email us on and we will get in touch with you with the return procedure, please do not ship back without contacting us. We can only accept items that are sent back to us in unused, original condition and packing with the tags, along with the receipt. Once we have received the items in the acceptable condition, we will then process your refund/exchange. The shipping and any international duties charges are non-refundable.

  • Product damaged while return shipping
